Firehouse no13 is dedicated to sheltering exciting, innovative and contemporary creative works.

It is a forward thinking urban project appealing to experimental artists and creative innovators. Established in an old firehouse, FHXIII has residential and commercial space available connecting artists, musicians, designers, and entrepreneurs.

The first floor facilities and resources are provided for rental at affordable rates, encouraging collaboration between individuals and groups. The second floor residency program provides space for artists to live in a supportive and dynamic environment. These two programs are available and open to the public. The third floor is an open space available for long-term lease.

FHXIII is open to individuals, groups, non-profits, and larger institutions.
